About
Focused on solving commercial problems.
I'm naturally curious about where better ideas create value. I tend to notice when a process feels inefficient or outdated. I enjoy thinking about how it might be improved in a practical way. A lot of my projects have started from that instinct. I prefer working on something tangible, where the result has a clear purpose and there is a real problem to solve.
Most of my development has come from putting myself in situations where I have had to learn quickly. Working alongside my studies has meant picking things up in real situations rather than waiting for a course to cover them. I've also learnt how important it is to work well with other people, especially when progress depends on clear communication and everyone understanding what needs to happen next. I'm comfortable contributing my own ideas, but I also value hearing how other people approach a problem. My own projects have pushed me to think independently and take ownership of the outcome. I want to keep building on that in a role where the work has genuine commercial value and where I am expected to contribute from the start.
Now Studying Economics & Finance at Surrey, supervising at Waitrose and building Tailrec.
